Fixes & Improvements
In the current release of TheWorxHub, the following have been implemented and fixed.
Automatically Update the Due Dates Based on its Priority Settings

TWH main or mobile app (online/offline mode) will now automatically update the Work Order’s due dates based on the selected priority due date settings.

Work order due dates will automatically recalculate from the priority’s due date settings not only for requests and new work orders, but also when:

A request becomes a Work Order

The priority is changed on existing work orders in eligible statuses (In Progress, On Hold)

Manual changes to due dates are retained on save and logged.

Authorized users continue to have the ability to edit due dates as needed.
Added a Global Unique Identifier (GUID) to an asset form
-
TWH main or mobile application will now auto-generate Global Unique Identifier for both new and existing assets.

Read only asset Global Unique Identifier (GUID) field has been added to the asset form ensuring users can view but not modify and changed once it assigned

Global Unique Identifier (GUID) serves as a permanent and standard reference for each asset and plays a crucial role in enabling smooth synchronization, auditing, and integration with external applications by providing a consistent and unique identifier for each asset.
Issues Resolved

Resolved an issue where the error message was not displaying properly when modifying Standard and Corporate Roles.

Fixed a UI issue in the Digital Compliance Binder where the Edit/Delete buttons in the Attachments tab were pushed too far to the right and were not visibly accessible. They are now clearly visible and accessible to the users.

Resolved an issue where Filter retention in Digital Compliance Binder was working for all filters except the Asset filter when returning from a substandard page.

Resolved an issue where a user was receiving duplicate email notifications for both project work order assignments and maintenance requests.

Resolved an issue where editing a Pick List item, unchecking Visible, and trying to delete that item caused the Settings page to refresh and resulted in loss of all unsaved changes.

Resolved an issue where Space Dashboard was displaying work orders and assets linked to departments the current user was not assigned to, even without the See AllApplications permission.

Resolved an issue where exporting scheduled work orders to CSV file was causing column misalignment when the recurrence pattern included allowed months.

Added an Asset Reminder

Displaying active asset reminders directly in the Work Order’s Asset panel enables technicians to immediately see warranty or service contract status, improving workflow efficiency and decision-making.

This streamlined visibility minimizes unnecessary service work and reduces the number of steps needed to access critical asset information.

Resolved an issue where a cancelled survey was sending emails to users even when a work order was completed.

Resolved an issue where Incorrect Reference number for manual meter readings entered immediately after a work order meter reading.

Resolved an issue where a wheelchair icon in trips was not showing properly.

Resolved a bug where a Completion Details panel in the work order was not opening properly.

Resolved an issue where Custom permits displayed in a HTML script format when trying to add them to a work order.

Excel Template Enhancement
An excel import template now auto-populates the Asset Qty Unit field when users select category and subcategory while importing Origin Assets into TheWoxHub.
Issues Resolved

Resolved an issue in the main app where the chat was blocked by the main body of the application.

Resolved an issue where a client scanning a TWH-generated inventory barcode that is already tied to inventory in their site resulted in a blank screen.

Resolved an issue on mobile where the user was unable to open a work order from where it was linked (created) as a correction to Task on another work order.

Resolved an issue where an ICRA Permit could not be approved by a reviewers.

Resolved an issue where COI expiry date in Contractor profile could not be saved.

Fixed an issue where Room booking recurrence was not adhering to the pattern.

Resolved an issue where Recurring RBs (Room Bookings) from Pleasant View were causing the app to not auto generate other clients Recurring RB (Room Booking) and generated WOs for the impacted RBs were picking up the creation date of the template used to create them.

Resolved an issue with WorxIQ Analytics Work Order widgets Date Range filters.

Fixed an issue where User Roles with “Can View All Application” enabled could not see all departments when viewing assets in the Space Drawing section.

Fixed an issue where retried assets were being displayed when creating work orders in the mobile application.

Improved performance to reduce the load time for the Housekeeping - Staff Schedule Dashboard.

Resolved an issue where the Mobile application was not displaying the assigned barcode when an item was scanned using the mobile application.

In the current release of TheWorxHub, the following have been implemented and fixed.

Fixed an error that prevented users from clearing work order templates that included tasks lists.

Fixed an issue where users were unable to unlink an asset from the WorkOrder.

Updated the Recurring Room Booking pop up, to provide additional information and clarification.

Resolved an issue where users navigating from WorxIQ to a single site were missing information when attempting to view the site calendar.
-
Added an indicator that will display for the user when Storage Location and Quantity are missing to avoid inconsistencies.

Fixed an issue where Maintenance templates attached to room bookings were not triggering labor assignment emails.

An issue was resolved where incorrect due dates were displayed in projects due to time zone differences.

Fixed an error where users were experiencing weird displays when entering symbols into the free text area of the permitting module.

Resolved an issue where users continued to receive Maintenance requests even after the Maintenance module had been disabled for their site.

Fixed an issue in the Project Summary Report that caused decimal percentages to round up rather than showing two places from the decimal point.

Fixed a typo error in the log to correct a misspelling.

Removed the Coming Soon label from the Joint Commission Code title.

Fixed an issue where some users were experiencing an “Error!” When accessing the dashboard as a Requester.

Added Asset Quantity Unit filter to the Asset Search tab and included Asset Quantity and Asset Quantity Unit columns to the Asset Search results section for clients with Origin.
