This update includes new features, improvements, fixes, and cybersecurity updates.

New Features

Organization Module - With this new feature, you can now easily view your organization’s details—such as your headquarters address—and your software licenses. Whether your buildings are on Stream Core, Stream Professional, Stream Enterprise, or have add-on licenses, you’ll find it all in one convenient place. This new module provides the following benefits:

  • Instantly view your headquarters address and organization info. See at a glance the License Bundles (Core, Professional, or Enterprise) and Add-Ons purchased by your organization.

  • No more searching through Master Supply Agreements or contacting the Brightly team to validate your building’s service—everything you need is now accessible with just a few clicks.

Enhancements

New Navigation Menu - We're thrilled to let you know that we've refreshed and reorganized the left-side navigation menu to make finding what you need quicker and more intuitive. This new navigation menu provides the following benefits:

  • Streamlined Access: We've grouped related features logically, so you can navigate with greater ease and spend less time searching.

  • Improved Efficiency: Get to your most important tasks and data faster than ever before!

Fixes

GRESB Module - Estimated Waste Data (02400662) – Fixed an issue where estimated waste data was included in the output even when the amount of estimated data exceeded the allowable percentage defined by GRESB estimation rules.

 

WorkStream - Missing Waste Emissions Allocation to Tenants (02426711) – Fixed an issue where the waste emissions allocation for specific tenants was not displayed in WorkStream.

 

Operational Analytics – Modal Not Centered (02437440) – Fixed an issue where the "Select BAS Points" dialog box was partially cut off when clicking "Select Points," causing the bottom buttons to be hidden.

 

Standard Reports – Custom Allocation Report (02405817) – Fixed an issue for a custom allocation report to address a one day offset data issue.
