Favorite / Unfavorite Events from Public Calendar

  • Logged-in users can favorite/unfavorite events directly on the Public Calendar using the heart icon toggle.

  • Logged-out users who click the heart icon are sent to Login, then returned to the Public Calendar to do the same.

  • Only one event at a time (no bulk events) is allowed to be marked from Public Calendar.

  • The Saved and Registered Event tab in My Profile section reflects the latest changes made from the Public Calendar.

Approval Notification Emails Show Date and Time

  • The approval notifications now also show Date and Time along with the EVENT NAME for efficient review workflow.

  • This applies to both single events and event series.

  • It helps approvers to immediately see when an event is scheduled without needing to open the system, making it easier to assess urgency, prioritize reviews, and respond to time-sensitive requests faster.

Suppressed Approval Emails on Force-Approved Events

  • Approval notification emails are no longer sent when an event is force-approved by a Tenant Admin.

  • Approvers will only receive email notifications when their review is genuinely required.

 

Fixes and Improvements

  • My Profile page has been redesigned to be more accessible, simple to navigate, and intuitive to use.

  • Contact Info and Billing Address sections on Event Form now correctly display the selected tab instead of always defaulting to Custom.

  • Custom locations now appear correctly with standard location names in the Print Full Details in PDF.

  • System now correctly treats your options as "either/or" instead of requiring both when setting up an event sharing.
