FHI

FHI stands for Facility Health Index. It represents the overall health index of a facility and the assets tied to it. This index is a combination of all other modules.

  • The FHI page shows the facility health index percentage.

  • This is calculated based on the overall health of the assets.

  • There’s a list of assets with categories:

    • Asset Number

    • Asset Name

    • Type

    • Location

    • Building

    • FHI

    • FHIM

    • FHIR

    • FHIE

    • Total Risk

  • There’s a search bar that allows you to find a specific asset by its name, number, or type. You can also look for multiple assets with the same FHI percentage.

  • The Filters button allows you to select different categories to find specific assets.

  • The category Total Risk establishes the priority for asset maintenance.

  • If you click on an asset’s name, it directs you to Assets > General > Asset Name. Here, you can see the details about this asset.

  • Keep on scrolling down and you’ll see the Service Log with the type, date, description, and cost of the work done on the asset.
