If you receive an error message in the product, please clear your internet browser(s) cookies and cache. The steps are given here.
If the issues still persists even after clearing the browser then do the following:

Reach out to your internal IT department and verify if the internet browser(s) are updated.

Check if the device you are using has updated software.

Try using the product on a different device.
