Changing a User's Role

Only admins can change a user’s role in the system. The steps are as follows: 

  • Go to Settings > Manage Users.

  • Click the name of the user from the list. Alternatively, you can also search the name using the Search bar.

  • A side panel with the user’s details will open.

  • Click on the Role section.

  • In the drop-down, select the desired role.
