The Room Booking Listing shows basic details and metrics about room booking events. This is a good report to use to look back over time to see what kinds of events have been held in specific rooms and who attended. This report creates a full historical record of room use.

Room Booking Analysis

Use the Room Booking Analysis report when you want to understand which events are most popular based on signups and attendance.

Room Booking Billings

The Room Booking Billings report gives an overview of who has been billed for booked events, and the invoiced amounts. Enable "Show Line Items" in the Options section to see exactly for which billable items attendees have been charged.
