Organization Module

Introduction

The Organization module in Stream is used for onboarding new clients. Admins are empowered to deactivate or reactivate an organization depending on the business requirement.

 

Clients have the ability to view a summary of their organizational information shared with Brightly, license information, and the email address for contacting the Brightly representative. Clients can view the following information:

  • Total number of licenses (including license types) purchased.

  • Number of licenses assigned to sites.

  • Number of add-ons purchased vs assigned at Organization and Site level.

  • A summary of organization details shared with Brightly

NOTE  On the client portal, the information is displayed in read-only mode and you can only see data that is related to your organization.

Viewing Organization and License Information

Navigation: Buildings > Organization

 

The Organization page provides clients with a summary of their organizational data. This page is divided into two tabs, Details and Licenses.

The Details tab provides basic organizational details mentioned below:

  • Organization Name

  • Industry

  • Organization ID

  • Address details

  • Ownership details

  • Email address for reaching out to the Brightly point of contact.

 

The Licenses tab provides information related to the License Bundles and Add-ons purchased by the client.

 

The License Bundles section shows the number and type of licenses purchased: Core, Professional, and Enterprise. You can view the number of licenses for each type that are assigned to sites. A single license of any type must be assigned to a site.

NOTE  The count of Assigned Sites will not be part of the initial release, but is expected to follow soon.

 

The Add-ons section shows the different add-ons that are purchased by client or included as per the contract.

NOTE  In order to make any changes to the licenses or add-ons, clients must contact the brightly representative.

 

For internal users having access to multiple organizations, this page shows information for the active organization selected using the global filter. Therefore, the information on this page is continuously updated to match the last selected active organization. Refer to the following screenshot.
