Workbank Backlog
Objective: Gain an understanding of the Workbank Backlog report
The Workbank Backlog report shows the total financial cost of all assets that have not been selected for valid treatment, year-on-year. Assets will be unselected due to budgetary constraints modelled in the simulation.
To load the Workbank Backlog in the Brightly Predictor Web App, users log in with their Predictor account and select the Simulation from within their Workspace.
Once the Simulation is loaded, users can click on the 'Workbank Backlog' report in the Advanced Reports tab, under the Works Planning section, or use the Search Reports box to locate the correct report.
This will load the report in a new tab:
Users will now be able to switch between FCI (Facility Condition Index), Treatment and Overall report views.
Note: The FCI view shown in the above screenshot will only be enabled if the users have provided the Asset Value optional mapping during the import process. It would also be advisable to provide the Location optional mapping for filtering and reporting purposes.
