Predictor Platform produces long-term financial profiles of funding requirements for a range of service levels:

 

1. Determines the best level of service that can be provided for a given level of funding.

2. Predicts future condition of the network for increased, reduced or current levels of funding.

3. Determines the costs of bringing assets up to a satisfactory standard. (Schedule 7, NSW)

4. Determines future maintenance needs to keep assets at a satisfactory standard. (Schedule 7, NSW)

5. Produces Capital Work Programs by location and recommends treatments and costings.

6. Models on the basis of asset condition, service capacity, functionality, criticality, and asset adequacy.

7. Produces financial and life cycle reports that can be embedded into an organization's Asset Management Plans.
