Service Planning Report
Objective: Gain an understanding of the Service Planning tool
An agency asset portfolio may include a number of asset categories such as buildings, roads, sewer network, drainage and water reticulation system, plant and fleet, parks and open spaces. Allocating necessary funds for maintaining the whole portfolio at the desired levers of service for each asset category can be challenging for many agencies. To assist with this, Predictor's Service Planning tool provides two reports to help agencies manage cross asset category service planning: a Trade-off Analysis report and a Budget Aggregation report. To view these reports:
- Click on the portfolio
- Click on Service Planning
The following screen will appear:
From here, select either Budget Aggregation or Trade-off Analysis from the dropdown menu and hit 'View Report' to go to that report
