Treatments
The Treatments tab stores sequential treatments that an Asset has received during its life cycle. Users can store all the predicted treatments during a financial year, which are budgeted in the Council's works program. As works are completed, Users can add the actual work details against predicted items.
Sealed Road Treatments
Note: The treatments added from the Treatment tab will not be financially reflected in the Annual Reconciliation Report as an in-year treatment.
To Add a Treatment select Add
- Fill out the Dialog Box
- Click OK
Note: The system has the capability of calculating Standard Rates from the available information.
This Standard Rate can be used to revalue the asset after works are complete and also to improve prediction modeling cost rates.
