Level 2 Inspections - Degradation Profiles
Five Level 2 inbuilt degradation profiles are provided.
1. Assetic BM RUL profile - ME
Applicable to assets that have constant moving parts subject to wear and tear caused by movement i.e. that is not just time or environment based – eg mechanical equipment, plant, machinery etc.
2. Assetic BM RUL profile - FU
Applicable to assets that have a pattern of degradation based on physical usage and normalized wear and tear.
3. Assetic BM RUL profile - SL
Applicable to assets which have typically a lower life profile and is often related to the asset age more than the usage, utilization or load.
4. Assetic BM RUL profile - FT
Applicable to assets that are fixtures by nature such as doors, windows, ceilings and wall cupboards, cabinets, bathroom fittings etc.
5. Assetic BM RUL profile - LL
Applicable to assets that have long lifespan such as floors, slabs roof, walls etc.
