Selecting a Customer (Customer List Form) - Adding a New Customer

If the customer does not already appear in the customer list form you will need to collect their details and add them to the list.

 

Whilst on the phone to the customer, click Add New to bring up the Add New Customer window.

In this window, you may fill in as many fields as you wish relating to the customer and their contact details.

 

Please note that entries for First Name and Surname are compulsory, you cannot add a new customer without at least filling in this information.
