Preventative Maintenance Tab Navigation
Objective: Gain an understanding of how to navigate the Preventative Maintenance tab in the Maintenance module.
The Preventative Maintenance tab can be navigated by selecting 'Maintenance' from the Navigation Sidebar, and selecting 'Tactical' from the Navigation Dropdown or simply clicking the Tactical tile on the Maintenance Dashboard.
Click 'List View' within the Preventative Maintenance tab to open the Preventative Maintenance Details page.
This will result in the following page being displayed:
The Preventative Maintenance Details grid lists the Preventative Maintenance plans that have been developed within Brightly Assetic, showing the edit 
and delete 
(only available against Draft plans) buttons, and some key information about each plan:

Name: Displays the Preventative Maintenance plan name.

ID: Displays the Preventative Maintenance ID.

Version: This number indicates the current version number of the plan.

Status: This details the current status of the Preventative Maintenance plan. The possible statuses are Draft, Active, and Inactive. By default, a filter is applied to hide Inactive plans.

Work Type: Displays the Work Type of the Work Orders created by the PM, within the Assetic framework.

Description: Description of Preventative Maintenance plan.

Last Run Date: Displays the last date and time the Preventative Maintenance was executed.
The Running Tasks grid shows a history of any currently running and completed Preventative Maintenance tasks. It also contains the 'Run All Active PMs' and 'Run Prediction Report' buttons.
