List of Bulk Operation Actions
Objective: Gain an overview of the list of possible Actions that can be performed using a Bulk Operation.
When using the Bulk Operations tool in the Advanced Search module, there are a number of possible actions available, depending on the specific type of object being returned by the search.
The following table sets out all the possible objects that Bulk Operations can be performed on, and the corresponding actions that are available against them as part of a Bulk Operation:

Approve Work Order (WAPPR only) |
Approves Work Order when the status is WAPPR. It sets the Work Order status from WAPPR to APPR. |

Schedule Work Order (APPR only) |
Schedules Work Order when the status is APPR. It sets the Work Order status from APPR to RFE. One pair of Schedule start/finish dates can be chosen as part of the Bulk Operation, or 'use Target Start/Finish' can be selected so that the Schedule dates for each Work Order are populated with their Target dates. |

Reschedules Work Order when the status is RFE. |

Assigns Work Order Resources when the status is RFE. It moves the Work Order status from RFE to INPRG. |

Unassign Work Order Resources when the status is INPRG. It moves the Work Order from INPRG to RFE. |
